Cancellations

Flexible. Please let me know as soon as possible if plans change.

Deposits

For multi-day stays, a 50% deposit is due the day before the stay begins.

Holidays

Major holidays may include a small surcharge.

Safety

Meet-and-greets are recommended. Please share vet info and medication instructions.

Privacy

The public service-area information lists neighborhoods, not client addresses. Walk reviews are shared separately through private, expiring links. Anyone with an active link can open it, so please share it only with people you trust. Link expiry ends access through that link; it does not mean all underlying care records are deleted.
